On behalf of Kersh Worral Commercial Ltd , Broadgrove have submitted a full planning application at the former Elaine Norris Centre, Vauxhall Road, Liverpool, for residential development.
The application proposes to provide 75 residential units, comprised of 46 dwelling houses and 29 apartments with associated ancillary works.
Located within the Liverpool Maritime Mercantile City World Heritage Site buffer zone and within the setting of the Stanley Dock Conservation Area, the site sits alongside the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, making it a perfect location for family living on the northern edge of Liverpool City Centre.
The application is due to be determined in the Summer of 2021.
