Broadgrove Planning & Development Ltd have submitted a full planning application to Liverpool City Council for a 148-bedroom hotel and rooftop restaurant at the Cooper’s Building, right in the heart of the City Centre. The proposal involves the change of use of floors three to seven to bring a fantastic commercial use to the building.
