Broadgrove are pleased to have sought planning permission for 49 residential dwellings and 2 traveller pitches in Egham, Surrey, on behalf of a private client. The proposals look to deliver the residential-led development, inclusive of affordable housing, as a significant part of a wider housing allocation identified in the Runnymede Local Plan.

The project team was formed of ADG Architects, SEED Arboriculture, Lanpro (Heritage), Spratt and Hamer, Earth Environmental & Geotechnical and Arbtech.
