Project Description

We’re pleased to have submitted a full planning application to Cheshire East Council for a 76-bed care home, on behalf of Wrightcare, delivering much-needed specialist accommodation for older people in the borough.

Our team has worked closely with the client and project team to develop a well-considered scheme that responds to a growing demand for high-quality care provision, while also delivering a sustainable and thoughtfully designed development.

Determination is expected in early 2026.
