On behalf of Collaborate Living Ltd, Broadgrove secured a resolution to grant planning permission for the development of 18 no. affordable apartments (comprising social and affordable rent) and associated works at Meadow Lane, Denton. Navigating a challenging stakeholder environment, with objections from the local MP, Ward Councillors and local residents, we secured a recommendation for approval at Officer level that was unanimously upheld by members of Planning Committee.
