Broadgrove have secured full planning permission for Blacklight Capital and Partners in respect of their development at Devon Street, Fabric District, Liverpool for 202 student studios.

The proposal also involves commercial units at ground floor as well as a substantial amount of social space for residents to enjoy. The application was granted unanimously by Liverpool City Council Planning Committee and preparatory works are now taking place to start on site.
