The outline planning application for 260,000 sq ft of commercial and employment floorspace, together with a new roundabout access onto the A59 has been approved by Planning Committee at Ribble Valley Borough Council.
The site is a key strategic employment allocation within Ribble Valley and the proposals will generate significant economic investment and create new employment opportunities across the Borough.
