Last week, we received unanimous approval at Liverpool’s Planning Committee for our proposals for the conversion of the Grade II Listed Former Magistrates Court into a 91-bedroom hotel and restaurant, with the addition of new build accommodation providing an additional 20 rooms.
It was a fantastic team effort and we look forward to seeing the vacant heritage asset being restored to an active use.
