Broadgrove are delighted to have secured permission on behalf of Witherslack Group, for the change of use of a former dwelling and wedding venue to a new specialist educational school. The site is located within the Green Belt within the London Borough of Havering.
The development included the conversion of several buildings, including the locally listed dwelling, the provision of a Multi-use Gaming Area (MUGA), an improved access, new car parking and enhanced landscaping.
