Great to secure an approval on behalf of Gadbrook Holdings for new facilities at Park Farm Marina, Northwich. The plans include new showers/changing facilities, a laundry room, office, cafe/bar and the formalising of parking arrangements.
The permission will improve the current offering for short and longer term occupants of the Marina, and make a positive contribution to the borough’s waterways by supporting public access to and recreational use of the canals.
