Broadgrove have secured planning permission for the residential redevelopment of a brownfield site at Bonc Wen,
Rhosllannerchrugog, Wrexham. The application was prepared in collaboration with PDW on behalf of North Wales Housing Association.
The proposals involve the erection of 12 x one-bedroom apartments which would be accommodated within three two storey buildings. All of the apartments within the scheme will be affordable and would meet an identified local need for smaller affordable units.
The scheme also includes the upgrade of the adjacent public car park with will provide 42 spaces.
