On behalf of Elemento Group, Broadgrove successfully negotiated an S73 application on a site in Charnwood District, Leicestershire for 108 new homes.

The scheme is on the former 4.8ha County Council waste site. The scheme comprises 108 two and two and a half storey dwellings, including 10 affordable houses, together with associated open space.

The proposals were approved with an s106 for contributions to education, healthcare and library improvements.
