We are proud to have secured full planning permission for an entirely affordable scheme on behalf of our client, Collaborate Living. The scheme will comprise of 20 social rented homes to be provided by the Registered Provider, For Housing, and will contribute towards providing affordable homes in Greater Manchester.

In cooperation with Salford City Council, we addressed various concerns raised by local residents in relation to the proposed access and parking provision.

The proposal was subsequently recommended for approval at the Salford City Council Planning Committee and our client is currently progressing with the delivery of the affordable homes.
