Broadgrove have submitted a detailed planning application for another Hall & Co scheme in Stockport town centre. Following on the success of the recent Churchgate and Underbanks schemes, which are advanced on site, the next development proposal are at 48a Churchgate.

The development, on the edge of the town centre, will include 27, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The scheme is sensitive to the nearby listed buildings and Conservation Area, and complements the design of the recent Churchgate scheme that is close to completion by Hall & Co.
