On behalf of our client MLN (Land & Properties) Ltd, Broadgrove are advising on the residential redevelopment of the former Lilley & Stone school in Newark.

The school has been vacant for several years, on the edge of the Town Centre of Newark. A complex site which requires careful consideration and balancing of issues, including heritage (partly within a Conservation Area and containing Grade II Listed Buildings), loss of sports pitches and various other technical constraints.

A hybrid planning application is being prepared for submission for a sensitively designed residential conversion of the Listed Buildings and redevelopment to enhance the currently derelict brownfield, town centre site.
