Acting on behalf of Redsun Projects, Broadgrove have secured full planning permission for 2no. Use Class B2/B8 units at an allocated employment site within Bromborough. The scheme proposes ancillary offices, service yards, parking and landscaping to facilitate the use.

The project team worked efficiently to account for concerns raised during the application process, maintaining continuous contact with Wirral Council to reach determination.

The scheme will positively reflect the character of the surrounding area and deliver high-quality industrial units at a long-standing vacant site, supporting the growth of the local economy in accordance with the development plan.
