On behalf of CEO Ascot Group, Broadgrove have secured permission for a mixed-use development scheme that will contribute to the regeneration of the Baltic Triangle area in Liverpool.

The scheme will feature 194 high-quality residential apartments and commercial units fronting New Bird Street and St James Street with plans and visuals prepared by Falconer Chester Hall.

The proposal has overcome technical matters relating to heritage and key views, daylight, and a Sequential Assessment demonstrated that the proposal would not be of detriment to Liverpool’s retail hierarchy.
