On behalf of our client Tabley Homes we are delighted to have secured reserved matters approval for 30 residential units off Skipton Lane, Barnoldswick.

Detailed design discussions and matters of drainage, accessibility and landscaping were key to the success of these proposals.

We successfully addressed these points with officers at Pendle BC and the concerns of local residents before presenting to Planning Committee. We are now progressing with discharging planning conditions to allow a swift lawful commencement of development.
