On behalf of Vivly Living, Broadgrove are pleased to have secured planning permission for 12 residential bungalows in Grange Moor, West Yorkshire.

The scheme will provide 12 high-quality and energy efficient homes that will contribute toward housing delivery in Kirklees. The approved plans crafted by Farrar Bamforth Architecture Ltd will deliver a scheme that positively reflects the rural character of Grange Moor. The application balances various site constraints, including the presence of mine shafts, against the delivery of much-needed housing.

We look forward to seeing this scheme come to life as Vivly Living progress towards getting on site in mid-2025.
