Broadgrove, on behalf of VSHF Developments, have applied for full planning permission and listed building consent for the conversion of the Former Magistrates Court, Dale Street, Liverpool.
The proposals seek the change of use of the vacant Grade II listed building, into a mixed-use scheme comprising 68 student apartments, 5 serviced apartments and a flexible, Class E commercial unit at ground floor. Part demolition of recent additions to the building are proposed, allowing for greater permeability and the creation of a new courtyard within the site.
The application is due for determination in early 2022.
