Broadgrove have successfully advised Fusion Students regarding a planning application for 420 student bedrooms in Liverpool City Centre. Working closely with Officers at Liverpool City Council, Historic England and Places Matters to deliver a building that would a significant enhancement to this part of the City. The application was approved at a virtual planning committee – a first for Broadgrove!
