Successful Green Belt housing allocation and disposal to National Housebuilder

On behalf of MLN (Land and Properties) Ltd, Broadgrove successfully sought the allocation of a site in Harlington, Bedfordshire for up to 154 dwellings, through the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan. Following appearances at the Local Plan Examination and various Local Plan representations, the Local Plan was adopted in July 2021.

The Harlington site was removed from the Green Belt and is now an allocated housing site in the newly adopted Local Plan.

Broadgrove were retained to assist in packaging the site for disposal and have worked closely to support the purchase of the site by Redrow and engagement with Central Bedfordshire Council on the delivery.
