On behalf of MCI, Broadgrove have submitted a detailed planning application for a 100% affordable scheme in Stretford.

Following positive pre-application discussions with Trafford Council and liaison with Ward Members, the design team considered the feedback and revised the proposals resulting in a detailed application submission in April 2026 for 94 affordable homes.

The regeneration of this former employment site will bring much needed affordable housing to Trafford and assist in the wider regeneration of the area, including opening up the canal side walkway and enhancing access, which has been restricted in the former employment use.

Working with the Council to address any further issues, we are working towards a decision on this application in late summer 2026.
