On behalf of our client Ribble Valley Industrial Ltd, Broadgrove provided a lead consultant role to a full professional team in preparing an outline planning application for commercial development at Barrow Brook Business Park, Clitheroe.

The outline planning application for 260,000 sq ft of commercial and employment floorspace, together with a new roundabout access onto the A59 was submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council in Summer 2022.

The site is a key strategic employment allocation within Ribble Valley and the proposals will generate significant economic investment and create new employment opportunities across the Borough. A decision is expected on the application towards the end of 2022.
