Project Description

On behalf of St Peters College Oxford, Broadgrove have successfully secured permission for the change of use of a city centre office (Use Class E) to education use (Use Class F1). The space will be used as a Middle Common Room (MCR) by post-graduate students attending the nearby St Peter’s College.
