Planning application submitted to Stockport BC for redevelopment proposals at Pepper House Business Centre, on behalf of Pepperworks Too Ltd, at Bramhall Moor Lane, Hazel Grove. The scheme includes the refurbishment and extension of the existing Business Centre into 14 self-contained units and the creation of 36 new build self-contained B1 units to provide modern high-spec accommodation, together with a new Business Hub, parking and enhanced tree planting and landscaping.

The overall scheme will provide an additional circa 5500sq m of commercial floor space.
